GENERAL
Items are usually sold unpainted and un-assembled. Figures are now available assembled, painted, and based on a limited basis. Figures from Oddzial Osmy can be ordered at quantities less than a package. They are normally provided pre-packed by the manufacturer. SPECIAL ORDERS Large orders can take up to four weeks to arrive in the USA. PicoArmor aims to fill special orders within four weeks, subject to shipping delays. Expedited shipping can be arranged, but the additional shipping and handling costs will be added to the cost of the order. Special orders are placed via arrangements made prior to the placement of the order. Please email john@picoarmor.com to make these arrangements. OUT OF STOCK Orders for figures that are temporarily out of stock may take up to four weeks to fulfill. PicoArmor will advise the customer via email if figures are out of stock. This email will include which items are out of stock, expected delivery date, and ask if partial shipments (at additional cost) are required. CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL ORDERS Customers that cancel a special order are subject to a non-refundable charge of 30 per cent of the order value. CONFIRMATION OF ONLINE ORDERS Customers will be sent written confirmation by email that their order has been received. Confirmation that an order has been received does not constitute acceptance of that order. Customers that provide an incorrect email address will not receive written confirmation. Orders that have an incorrect email address and which do not also include a contact telephone number may be canceled. PicoArmor reserves the right not to supply items where errors arise in the price. MAIL ORDER Standard mail orders should include a personal or company check, in USD, for the products ordered, plus shipping charges. There is a spreadsheet based order form that can be provided via email or download. Other arrangements can be made. Please contact us for assistance in calculating shipping charges if there are any questions. SHIPPING TIMES Most orders for which all items are in stock are shipped within two business days of ordering. Special orders and orders for items that are out of stock may take up to four weeks before shipment. PACKING AND DELIVERY Domestic orders under $150.00 typically ship for $5.00 via USPS Priority Mail. Australian, Canadian, European, and orders to the UK under $150.00 typically ship for $17.00 via USPS Priority Mail, and $7.00 via First Class Mail. All orders are FOB Bloomingdale, IL USA. For reference please see the following link to the USPS: http://postcalc.usps.gov/ PROMOTIONAL SHIPPING Domestic orders over $25.00 and international orders over $50.00 that ship via First Class Mail will ship for free during our promotion. Shipping for international orders is now handled through the shopping cart system. Sample packs will continue to include prepaid shipping. during this promotion. Please contact us directly for other special shipping requests. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES Lost package investigations are handled by the shipping organization, at the direct request of the customer. PicoArmor will supply all standard documentation and tracking numbers directly to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to forward this information to the shipping organization. SAFETY The items on this site are not suitable for children under 14 years of age. The items on this site are not toys. O8 miniatures contain no lead. They are a zinc-aluminum alloy. These items may have sharp points, which can injure if handled incorrectly. SALES TAX Illinois customers will be charged sale tax. It will be automatically added to the cost of the order. RETURNS & REFUNDS PicoArmor will not replace figures that are damaged in shipment. Shipping damages must be pursued by the customer through the shipping organization. It is important that customers preserve the original packaging because it is required in any claim made against the shipping service. |
